CROSSROADS SOCIAL HOUSING

Crossroads Social Housing lies near the intersection of Valencia and Mission in the Bernal Heights Neighborhood, San Francisco, CA. This building explores catering to those of different demographics, specifically single parents and multiple generational families, through unique form and typologies. Crossroads contains 6 unit types that contain 1-2 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, with opportunities to expand upwards to create 3-4 bedroom and 3 bathroom units. All units have a full kitchen, dining room with built in seating, small living room, and expansive bedrooms with en-suite style bathrooms. Most units also have accessible terraces with views of the inner courtyard of the development. With 4 elevators and little surface grading, Crossroads is truly accessible from street-to-unit. The inner courtyard of the building provides greenspace for residents, complete with mature trees and native landscapes.
